Had to cancel on some friends last weekend at the last minute (sorry Ryan and Cassandra), but a few days later, finally made it to Como Zoo.  And yes, this is my third post on the same day.

I’ve got a few weeks off from teaching so we’ve been spending a lot of time in our built-in (fully inflated) pool.

This is what I did today.  Liz and I pulled up the carpet a while ago and found more red oak.  Yay!  After using a MASSIVE floor sander, I think I even popped a few new chest hairs, if that were possible.  I’m feeling all Norm Abram.  I’m ready for my plaid shirt and prescription safety glasses.

Here are some recent pics of little man. We took a walk saw some “gucks” driving down the road, picked some of his Mom’s flowers and said “WOW!” a lot. This kid loves to be outside. Oh and for a snack we had a mouth full of dirt. Good protein.
