So I tried another host and loved it. You can now follow me over at the new Blomblog.

Completely unrelated to art. I find it amusing that many of the people in my chat lists choose the “busy” status. It’s not that much further away from “appear offline.” I won’t bug you if your status is “busy” and I can’t bug you if you “appear offline.”
So it has to be one of two things: Either you want to be interrupted OR you want me to know that you are very busy and important. Either way, I’m interrupting you if I need something.

Ari colored Rapunzel and made her all steam-punky. And I wanted to go monochromatic with my original design. What do I know.

Alright, so page three is critical mass. It’s as far as I’m going with this particular story. But now commences the innovation. Here’s a rough of page three. More to come soon.

Went with a slimmed down version. Debated about the absence of a utility belt but in the end, decided that Dick would not feel obligated to keep EVERYTHING Bruce had put on the Batsuit. Nightwing is very sleek and staying mobile would be priority one. The cape is also more streamlined, attaching under the delts and keeping it out of his face. Added climbing/ninja shoes for flexibility.
Keep watching Project Rooftop to see if I win anything. Now back to the comic.

Following a tutorial for this one. Trying to keep it cleaner than my usual muddled Photoshop painting. Going okay, I think.

I’m not sure how keen I am on Sketchbook as a finishing tool. But here’s a WIP of the inks for Batman.
